is a nonprofit organization which has applied to be recognized as
exempt from federal income tax as an organization described in Section
501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code but we have not yet received tax
exempt status. We anticipate that upon recognition of our tax-exempt
status, your donation will be deductible to the fullest extent permitted
by law. Please address questions regarding the tax deductibility of
your contribution to your tax advisor.
