Matcha + Minis is honored to partner with The Sammy Gelband Foundation to raise money for their incredible cause. The Sammy Gelband Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides assistance to families in need of financial support to care for a sick child. 

In every heart we touch, we
are keeping Sammy’s spirit alive.

Sammy passed away unexpectedly from SIDS when he was six weeks old. On what would have been his first birthday, Sammy’s mom and grandmas launched the Sammy Gelband Foundation, bringing hope and support to families during their most vulnerable times.

These are just a few of the many ways the Sammy Gelband Foundation has supported families:

✈️ Transportation and lodging for a mom to travel with her one year old daughter to receive life saving treatments for leukemia
🍲 Food and necessities for a family of four with an infant recovering from invasive surgery
🏥 Visual therapy and eyeglasses for a little girl living with a rare neurological disorder
🏡 Housing costs for a parent out of work caring for a toddler battling kidney cancer
